| Mustard is based on a traditional Munich style Helles Lager. The beer is light golden straw in colour, with a high level of clarity. It has a medium body, with a smooth malt-driven flavour profile with just a hint of malt sweetness. There is an underlying light bitterness but the beer finishes smooth and dry. Gimme some Mustard.
