The love child of Brian wines and Two Metre Tall brewing, this is a half-half Rizza (skin-fermented Brian riesling with lees and barrel maturation, a la Jura, with some oxidation) and wild ferment Tasmanian beer. The beer and riesling combo results in a ballistically refreshing, sour and tangy hybrid that shows incredible complexity, a wild edge and then wine-like character, all rolled into a seriously amazing beverage. It is a thing of beauty and personality.
