Picked from Brad’s uncle’s vineyard in Willunga, these are some of our favourite grapes to work with. Big juicy bunches bursting with beautiful colour and flavour. For our Light Red we destemmed and left on skins for a mere 4 days. Pressed in our hand cranked wooden press and left to barrel age in neutral oak for 9 months. Bright, elegant, red fruits. Crunchy, fresh plums and strawberry.
