From Jasper and Sophie comes their second 2018 Chardonnay. From 28 year old vines, grown in clay and sandstone soil, the grapes are whole-bunch pressed, fermented in large barriques and then aged on lees (dead yeast) for texture and extra flavour before spending three months in barrel. Limited edition, as always a mineral driven, crisp and detailed Chardonnay from the Buttons.
