Semillon, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc.
All varieties are picked on the same day from the same Block. The riesling direct pressed over whole cluster Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc. The juice is then co-fermented for 7 days then pressed off to barrel to finish. The pallet is powerful with bright grapefruit and Melon, Passionfruit sandalwood and savoury length. A wine of certain power and cellaring potential.
